Electro indie pop three-piece CHVRCHΞS includes the considerable talents of Lauren Mayberry, Iain Cook and Martin Doherty.
The Glaswegian band broke online, getting a huge initial interest after posting debut single “Lies” which was soon picked up by various internet music communities before considerable support and airplay in BBC Radio 1.
Their emotional take on electronica would strike a chord with millennials who would push first record The Bones of What You Believe high into the Top 10 in 2013, resulting in a Gold certification. Galvanised by the early success, CHVRCHΞS would shoot straight to No. 1 with second album Every Open Eye (2015), charting high with Love Is Dead (2018) and hitting No. 1 once again with latest LP release Screen Violence (2021).
