Indie rock songwriter Chris Staples had fronted Twothirtyeight before pursuing a solo career in 2003.
His solo studio output includes the acoustic albums Panama and Burned And Blistered (2004), plus further records working as Discover America, including Badlands (2011), American Soft (2014), Golden Age (2016) and Holy Moly (2019).
