Kent-born singer-songwriter bshp (pronounced “bishop”) is one of the UK’s most exciting emerging voices in pop and R&B. Starting her career under the name Gabriella Vixen, she quickly made a name for herself with her powerful vocals and emotionally charged songwriting before rebranding as bshp in 2020.
Since then, she’s signed to Island Records and released a string of captivating singles that have gained attention for their slick production and heartfelt delivery. Her cover of Des'ree’s Kissing You featured on Love Island, helping introduce her voice to a much wider audience.
Whether collaborating with the likes of Disciples on "Solid Gold", Duvall on "Every Song", or appearing on Nathan Dawe and Bru-C’s chart hit "Oh Baby", bshp brings vocal intensity and soul to everything she touches.
