Bryan Adams, Inverness Bught Park, Inverness - 16th July 2017
I had seen Bryan Adams once before a few years back in Glasgow and was overwhelmed at how good it was. I was a little sceptial about seeing another show but being as it was his new album, I thought it would be good to see what was new. He has amazing energy, great showman and professional. The stage was set so everyone got a good view. The park was packed. My only qualms was about the set up of the venue. The entrance was not clearly marked for people arriving and the queing , well there wasn't a system. Everyone was good and formed a line right around the park and down the road when there was a huge space in the middle where it could have been roped so it zigzaged so less folk would be in the streets. I am a novice at these events and everyone ran to get to be front of the stage. I went and got a drink then headed over and was lucky to also be at the front. When the park was full there was no easy way to leave to get a drink or use the toilets from that position. I was on my own so no one could save a spot or go get a drink. Drink station was way over the other side too. I did try to get two to take with me but the person serving said they could only give me one and opened. I get this maybe a way to stop folk drinking too much but it meant I had only one. (it didn't stop people being drunk as a woman in front of me was very much over her limit and security was stopped by Bryan Adams mid song trying to get someone out for being drunk and disruptive!)
Concert once again was fab and I don;t think I will ever get tired of seeing him perform and hearing and his songs over and over again.Highly recommend it!

Really looked forward to Brian Adams' outdoor Inverness gig and he didn't disappoint - fantastic songs and he related really well to the audience. There was no mention of seated or accessibility tickets, (only general admission) when I bought them at their release months before, which proved a problem when we found out with a week to go that the promoters wouldn't allow folding chairs into the venue. On the plus side, my friend had misplaced her ticket and they were more than helpful in allowing us in when I had proof of purchase. So pleased to see such a great performer in Inverness but perhaps a little more clarity about the ticket options, rules & regs would have been helpful.

Bryan played his classic set. Being an out door event sound quality was not as good as an indoor gig. This was also hampered by an unappreciative audience who chatted all the way through. This limited my enjoyment of the event.
