Bleachers are an American indie pop project led by singer, songwriter and producer Jack Antonoff. Formed in 2014, the project quickly gained attention for its nostalgic, 1980s-inspired sound blended with modern pop sensibilities. Their debut album Strange Desire (2014) featured standout tracks including “I Wanna Get Better”, while follow-up releases Gone Now (2017) and Take the Sadness Out of Saturday Night (2021) further established Bleachers as a distinctive voice in contemporary pop.
Known for their energetic and emotionally charged live shows, Bleachers have toured extensively across the UK and internationally, building a dedicated fanbase along the way. Their self-titled album Bleachers (2024) continues to showcase Antonoff’s evolving songwriting, combining introspective themes with bold, anthemic production.
