Asha Puthli is a jazz and pop songwriter from Bombay, India. In 1971, she appeared on avant-garde jazz saxophonist Ornette Coleman’s seminal Science Fiction album, singing on the tracks "What Reason Could I Give" and "All My Life". Her latest album Lost dropped in 2009.
