ASAVA are an alt-metal quartet from Canton, Ohio, combining crushing riffs, cinematic production and ambitious visual storytelling into a sound entirely their own. Made up of vocalist Liam Brocious, guitarist Zach Rusher, bassist Greg Cochran and drummer Spencer Cindia, the band have built a reputation for pairing uncompromising heaviness with immersive concepts that extend far beyond the music itself.
Their 2025 self-released album Mantras marked the beginning of that vision, launching the How Long Is Forever? video series. This dark detective story continues to unfold alongside the band's music. With their next album, mahjong (2026), ASAVA continues to expand the boundaries of their cinematic alt-metal world.
