As Lions are ready to roar. The London based metal band have already got critics enthralled with the energy exhibited on their EP Aftermath and debut album Selfish Age.

They are currently working on their second album and look set to make 2017 their year.

Whilst working on the new material, they have also just announced a tour for autumn. See them play headline sets at The Flapper in Birmingham during November and then cool Leicester bar Firebug, Waterfront Studio at Norwich and The Sugarmill at Stoke-on-Trent.

Make sure you book your As Lions tickets because demand is high and they will go quickly. You can place your orders with Gigantic on your smartphone, tablet or computer. Set a personal reminder so you can be alerted with a text message or email when they are released at 10:00 on Monday 14th of August.

The band unites members drummer Dave Fee, guitarists Will Homer and Conor O’ Keefe who also plays keys, Austin Dickinson taking vocals and Stefan Whiting on bass.

The music critics were certainly impressed with the release of debut album Selfish Age.

As Lions are band high on riffs cranked out on searing guitars, foot-stomping, smile-inducing melodies and lyrics so clean you could eat your dinner off them.” - New Rock Times

This debut is full of the proverbial anthemic rock delivered in a totally convincing manner and as evidenced on tracks like ‘The Suffering’, ‘Pieces’ and ‘White Flags’. It’s an album of standouts, not least ‘World On Fire’ and ‘One By One’.” - Get Ready To Rock
