Archery GB National Tour: The Final event terms and conditions.
Essential information for all ticket holders. Please read carefully.
· Your ticket is issued to you for the event by Gigantic on behalf of Archery GB (the Promoter). Your entry to the venue by e-ticket constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
· Each person attending must have a valid ticket.
· This ticket is not transferable. If you attempt to re-sell it near the venue or on any secondary ticketing or auction website or use it as a part of any un-authorised promotional activity, tickets will become invalid.
· The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry and will do so if you are under the influence of alcohol or an illegal substance, or for any other reason at our discretion.
· Venue pass-outs will be permitted – please request a pass out wristband.
· Children under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged at least 21 years old.
· The Promoter may search all persons entering the site and any bags. Please note there are no cloakrooms or bag check facilities on-site.
· Items at the discretion of the Promoter will not be permitted within the venue.
· Picnic food items may be brought into the venue for personal consumption. No drinks are permitted to be brought into the venue except for one 500ml bottle of water per person for personal consumption (no glass). Food and beverages will be on sale at the event.
· This is a smoke-free and vape-free event.
· Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs, are not permitted in the venue. Facilities are provided for disabled and people with mobility issues. If you have any special access needs, please let us know at enquiries@archerygb.org.
· This is an outdoor event with limited cover in case of heavy rain or hot sun. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
· All ticket holders consent to being filmed, photographed or recorded by or on behalf of Archery GB and its agents.
· This ticket is issued Subject to Licence and to the terms of our Premises Licence.
· Admission to the venue is at your own risk and the Promoter has no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, death or injury to you or your property which is not caused by its negigence.
