Having signed in 2019 to Heavy Psych Sounds - the home of all things Doom, Stoner & Psych, Alunah have continued to evolve throughout their history. With roots dating back to 2006 they have appeared at numerous European festivals, whilst recent times have seen UK tours with the likes of Paradise Lost, The Obsessed and Mondo Generator. Autumn ’24 saw the arrival of their latest album "Fever Dream".

Le Pub is a 200 capacity music venue in Newport, Wales. The renowned venue was established in 1992, and quickly became a cultural hub for the local community, hosting a variety of live music events, art exhibitions, and community activities.

Le Pub moved to its current location on High Street in 2017, enhancing its facilities to better serve both artists and audiences. The venue is committed to promoting independent music and art, providing a platform for emerging talent and established acts alike. Its intimate setting and vibrant atmosphere continue to make it a beloved staple of Newport's cultural scene.

Accessible toilet

As part of their priority to create a pub and venue that is accessible to all, Le Pub have built an accessible toilet situated on the ground floor. Just ask the bar staff for a key.

Ramp into venue

There is a ramp for access to the venue. Unfortunately there is not a permanent ramp at the moment. If you are requiring ramp access to any upcoming gigs please email sam@lepub.co.uk and they will ensure it's there.
The bar area is fully accessible without the need for ramps.
