110 Above Festival, Gopsall Hall Farm, Leicestershire - 4th August 2017
All change from 2016, but if anything an even better all-round experience

Had a great time. Lovely spot. Family camping was good. Superb choice of acts. The food was excellent, unfortunately long queues though so maybe some more next year please? Only downside was only one real ale and not a very good one. Was expecting a selection of local real ales. Overall excellent though.

The festival has truly exceeded my expectations, it was an amazing weekend and the acts were very good for the price. The food selection was great especially the pizza, I'm hoping to see the same company there next year because they made the best pizza I ever ate in my life. A massive advantage of the festival is that the arena and all stages are placed on hard ground. This meant that even though it rained I didn't end up covered in mud from head to toe. I really enjoyed the comedy hour as it really added a unique entertainment to the festival. However I was disappointed at the lack of clothing stools therefore I reccomend adding two or three next year. In conclusion the atmosphere and people were amazing and it's a festival that you don't want to miss out on!!

This was my second time at this festival having first gone two years ago and I was equally impressed on both occasions. It is a small music festival which means you can always get close enough to actually see the artists performing. A good mix of sounds and a really enjoyable comedy hour each day. This year the layout had been changed and it took place within the farmyard, utilising barns for the bars and 3 stages. I really liked the 'village' feel this gave it and the protection it gave from the 'not always so great' British weather. There was a range of food outlets, other stalls and a play area for children (small and large!). A great festival at a great price.

I have to take my hat off to the family organisers of this brilliant festival - it was a real family affair and we met with many of them, chatted and really enjoyed their enthusiasm for the brilliant event they made possible. We hope to return in 2018.
A great choice of brilliant acts kept us at the stages for the three days and brilliant to see the acts watching each other and mingling with the crowds. Really family friendly - everyone was friendly and made it a great time with a great vibe...........and we were part of the older crowd at post 50. Great safe venue and friendly security - don't worry about the kids in the mosh pit, they were well behaved, just enjoying their music and we loved getting in there with them, especially for Sundara Karma and Eliza and the Bear. Having the campsite at the location was great as we were in our motorhome. Would love to have seen Clean Cut Kid and The Night Cafe who didn't make it - maybe 2018?
Only comment for next year is more food options as at peak times the queues were large and at times the vendors ran out. Otherwise fantastic with reasonably priced food and bars
"Festival on a farm" - fantastic again and good luck for organising next years as we can't wait to see the line up
