Gigantic are looking for an outgoing and friendly member to join our customer services team from January. As the first point of contact for the company, it is important you are approachable with a warm friendly manner as you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer receives the very best service. We do not expect you to know the ticketing industry inside out as full training will be given, but an interest in live events is helpful.


Job roles include

  • Handling customer queries, issues, bookings and complaints via telephone or email
  • Owning and resolving customer queries at first point of contact
  • Dispatching tickets to customers for events
  • Logging in ticket stock for events across the country
  • Managing the post; we need to make sure tickets are sent on time so keeping a handle on our different postage system is key.
  • Making sure that the customer's experience is a positive one


What are we looking for:

  • Professional telephone manner
  • Must have good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, appreciation of good internal and external customer service behaviour
  • Computer proficient MS Office (outlook, excel, word)
  • Able to adapt to a fast paced environment
  • Able to manage and prioritise own work load
  • Able to work effectively within a small team and to take ownership to ensure tasks are completed
