I understand the terms stated may change after booking and therefore take responsibility to check this page in the week leading up to my event.
If you are showing any symptoms of Covid-19, we ask that you refrain from attending.
Timed entry: please refer to your tickets for your door and entry time.
Your temperature will be checked on arrival. Should this be 37.8 degrees or higher, you will not be permitted entry.
It is strongly encouraged that you wear your mask throughout your time in the venue, other than for eating and drinking.
Signs will be available for you to check in for Track and Trace.
You must show your NHS Covid Pass on entry displaying proof of full vaccination.
Please adhere to social distancing whilst walking around the venue where possible.

Wheelchair users have full access to all areas of the Guildhall. Toilets are available in the Basement Level, accessible by lifts. If you are attending a concert and need to remain in your wheelchair during the performance.A loop system is available for customers with a T-Switch on their hearing aid. The programme of forthcoming attractions is available in Braille from the Central Library. Please telephone (023) 9281 9311. Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome.

From the end of the M275, follow signs for Isle of Wight Ferries and Southsea. Picking up signs for the Guildhall, turn left after Victoria Swimming Pool (on your left) and continue to follow the signs for the Guildhall which will direct you to the nearest multi-storey car park. Rail:Portsmouth and Southsea train station is a two minute walk from the Guildhall with a direct service to London Waterloo. Bus:Buses into Portsmouth stop at Commercial Road, a three minute walk from the Guildhall.
