About The Trevor Horn Band
Hit makers and producers Stephen Lipson, Lol Creme, Ash Soan and Trevor Horn, also known as The Trevor Horn Band, will be performing live at London's O2 Shepherds Bush Empire on Thursday 5th March.
As individual producers and artists they’ve scored over 200 hit singles and albums including Crazy, Owner of a Lonely Heart, Video Killed the Radio Star, Lexicon of Love, Wake Me Up, Flowers in the Dirt, Slave to the Rhythm to Leave Right now
Now they’ve come together to get back to basics and write and perform in their own right. The Trevor Horn Band are Stephen Lipson (guitars), Lol Creme (guitars and vocals), Ash Soan (drums) and Trevor Horn (bass and vocals).
As men known to have invented the Eighties Trevor, along with Steve Lipson, Lol Creme and more recently Ash Soan, are an amazing live band fantastic fun and best of all they sound just like the record.
As one of the generations most decorated producers, Trevor Horn is a true legend in the music industry. The legendary Steve Lipson has produced a number of artists including Whitney Houston, Annie Lennox, Cher, Gary Barlow, Boyzone and Backstreet Boys. Lol, previously of 10cc fame, then to the rock duo Godley and Creme, received critical acclaim with their albums L and Freeze Frame. Ash Soan is the UK’s busiest session drummer, and along with Del Amitri he did Woodstock 1994, and opened for The Stones, Bon Jovi, R.E.M., Brian Adams, Van Halen and Oasis.
All in all its well over 150 years experience of playing….producing …writing and gigging….A must see show….
