Join us for a serene evening of healing and relaxation here at St Mary’s Chambers on at 7pm. Start off with a soothing herbal tea before you Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of a Sound Bath, where crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes will guide you into deep relaxation. Experience the gentle energy of Reiki to balance your mind, body, and spirit.

No prior experience needed—just come ready to release stress and embrace tranquility. Limited spots, so reserve yours today! Facilitated by @Ritual Healing, certified Reiki practitioners and sound healers. Mats, pillows & blankets will be provided. This is not suitable for pregnant women or people with pacemakers.
