Mexican fusion band Son Rompe Pera have huge global appeal. In 2020, they dropped their superb debut studio album Batuco on AYA Records.
The Naucalpan-based band includes members Jesús Ángel "Kacho" Gama (guitar), Alan "Mongo" Gama (marimba, guitar), Murfy Kilos (percussion), Raúl Albarrán (bass) and Ricardo "Ritchie" López (drums).
