I had a amazing time at primal, great venue and location, got a lot of potential to do very well for the rock and metal community in Leicester as mosh rock and metal nights were stopped last January. Prices for drinks were reasonable aswell. Staff were polite and helpful. I just hope primal is going to be a more regular event as mosh was stopped and redeemer is not that great in my opinion. Overall a great night out and will go again. Hope you found my review helpful

It was a Dad and Daughter night for me and we had a great time. I thought the venue was excellent and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Having seen all three bands before I knew we were in for a great gig and so it proved to be. Fractions started the night off and did a great job, never easy being the first band on. Resin played at their usual high standard and delivered a classy performance, the only slight downside was that it was hard to hear the lead singer, the sound guys should have increased his mic volume more. Temple of Lies were phenomenal! Great choice of new material and some of the old favourites in there as well. (Bats being my all time favourite). Never get tired of seeing TOL play and a really nice bunch of guys as well, always willing to have a talk and a laugh with the audience before and after the gig. The DJ did an excellent job of playing some excellent tracks between the band change overs and carried on in that mode until the wee small hours (I assume as we left around 12.30ish). All in all a really good night out and it was FREE to get in, what more can you ask for! Well done DSS, when's the next one then? \m/ :-)
