We are so excited to announce a series of intimate, limited ticketed shows to kickstart the launch of the revival of one of Nottingham’s most historic music venues, ‘The Chapel’.
Both Nay Loco & Ty Healy are certified in the UK Hip-Hop community, now the two have paired up to become the ‘Local Healers’. Street poets with a style for every bump in your face!
Their hard hitting content matches elite production from some of Nottingham's finest such as DJ Fever & 1st Blood, and now beats from producers in Europe, Asia and the States makes their potential far from local.
Funded by the Arts Council: Supporting Grassroots Live Music fund, the ‘Reviving the Chapel’ project is a collaborative project between Nottingham C.A.N, The Angel Microbrewery, Phlexx Records, Mimm and Acoustickle.
In consultation with specialists we have sonically and visually rejuvenate one of Nottingham’s most historic music venues. Providing a high spec stage for local acts to showcase their music and build their following.
We have installed a brand new sound-system, lighting system and backline equipment and have worked with a graphic designer to rebrand the venue. We have also installed a eco-conscious heating/cooling system to ensure our audiences are comfortable in the space all year round.
