CAMPING AREA MAP

EVENT ENTRY TICKETS

Everybody attending each of our Live in The Wyldes events will need an entry ticket. 

Entry tickets are divided into non-camping and camping options:

Non-camping tickets

Non-camping tickets include admission to the event arena for the duration of the show. The event arena opens between 4pm - 2am. Headliners usually start between 9 - 9.30pm, specific timings will be released nearer the time of the event. Non-camping ticket holders will not be able to access the campsites.

Tent camping

This ticket includes event admission, plus tent camping in the General camping area.

• Tents only 

Live-in Vehicle camping

This ticket includes event admission, plus access to the Live-in vehicle camping area. To camp in this area you must have an entry ticket, plus a pitch (unless you are joining someone else’s) - pitches in this area can be booked per group.

• Live-in vehicle camping


• Designated non-electric pitches (allocated by stewards on arrival, please arrive with your party to ensure pitches together)


• Trailer toilets and showers

Premium camping

This ticket includes event admission, plus access to the Premium camping area and facilities. To camp in this area you must have an entry ticket, plus a pitch (unless you are joining someone else’s) - pitches in this area can be booked per group.

• Live-in vehicle and tent camping


• Designated spacious pitches (allocated by stewards on arrival, please arrive with your party to ensure pitches together)


• Extra-large pitches available


• Electric and non-electric pitches available


• Proper toilets and luxury showers


• Running water basins and washing facilities


• You may choose to park a vehicle on your pitch alongside your camping set-up, just make sure you include it within your chosen pitch size.

Glamping

This ticket includes event admission, plus access to the Glamping area and Premium camping facilities. To camp in this area you must have an entry ticket, plus a bell tent booking per group.

Bell tent bookings include one night rental of a pre-erected boutique canvas bell tent with individual wooden decking, designated grass space, handmade furniture, memory foam mattresses, indoor & outdoor solar lighting, a mirror and electric from a 16Amp power supply. Hotel quality bedding and towels provided.

• Electric provided by 16Amp power supply (4 plug UK extension lead provided)


• Designated parking for one vehicle per bell tent booking closeby


• Proper toilets and luxury showers


• Running water basins and washing facilities

PARKING

Parking is £5 per Live in The Wyldes event - this is payable online or on the gate, and applies to every car parking in our main car park, unless you’re car-pooling. If you have more than 4 people in the car (or full seats in a smaller vehicle) - parking is free. 

If you are camping in our Premium camping or Glamping areas, then you can park one (non live-in) vehicle on your pitch (or in your allocated parking spot for glamping bookings). If you need more camping space or have multiple cars, you can choose to park your car in the general car park (parking fees apply).

AGE RESTRICTIONS

All under 18s will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or a ticket-holding adult aged 25 or over (maximum of 2 under 18s per adult aged 25 or over).
