About Islands

Canadian indie rock four-piece band Islands was formed in 2005. The quartet currently consists of brothers Evan and Geordie Gordon, plus Adam Halferty and Nicholas Thorburn. They have released nine studio albums, including the debut title Return to the Sea (2006), best-seller Arm’s Way (2008) and latest offering And That's Why Dolphins Lost Their Legs (2023).
