Children aged 2 and under are free and do not need a ticket.

A Concessions ticket is valid for visitors aged 65 or older, those with a disability, the unemployed & students. Proof may be required at the entrance of the event (e.g. Driver’s License, DLA & student card).

A Family ticket is valid for 4 people only. Family ticket is valid for 2 Adults + 2 Children or 1 Adult + 3 Children. Children aged 2 or under do not need a ticket.

Ice Age – The Lost Kingdom continues its UK tour to Rouken Glen Park in Glasgow. Open from 22nd June to 14th July daily from 10am to 6pm with last entry at 5pm. Entry is hourly and visitors must arrive within the hour entry time they have chosen. For example, if you purchase a 10am ticket you must arrive between 10am and 11am. Tickets will be scanned on arrival so please show your printed tickets or download them and show them on your phone.
Please Note: All tickets are strictly non-refundable and ticket dates cannot be changed. So please respect this policy and do not ask for any refunds or exchanges.
Children aged 2 and under are free and do not need a ticket. There are no cloakroom facilities at the venue, so visitors will not be able to store bags, buggies or bikes etc. Children’s bikes, scooters and skates are not permitted inside the event. Only guide dogs are allowed, no other pets are permitted onsite.

Accessibility: The pathways are a mixture of hard standing, grass and dirt track and temporary plastic pathway. The event route is mostly accessible to wheelchair users and pushchairs. Please be aware that some areas may have a few steps or get a little muddy and have uneven surfaces as we are on a public park site. Our teams onsite are ready to assist any wheelchair users when required and offer route guidance and advice as we would like all our visitors to enjoy the experience.
Parking: Limited car parking is available at Rouken Glen but please be aware that the park is open to the public and car parks are generally full on weekends and during school holidays. We urge visitors to use public transport as the park is well served by bus routes and Whitecraigs train station. Alternative parking is available around 10-15 minute walk from the park at the following locations:
Whitecraigs Railway Station car park, Ayr Road, Giffnock G46 6JB
Our Lady of the Missions Primary School car park, Robslee Road, Giffnock G46 7DD
Eastwood Park – beside Eastwood Leisure Centre and St Ninian’s High School, Rouken Glen Road, Giffnock G46 6UG
Travel By Public Transport: Whitecraigs train station is located at the southern end of the park. A number of bus services stop at or near Rouken Glen including the 38A/B/C/E (First Bus) and 4 (Stagecoach).
