About Hibou
Hibou is 19 year old Seattleite Peter Michel who toured as the drummer of Captured Tracks-signed Craft Spells for a year before leaving to pursue his own project.
Debut EP 'Dunes' dropped last year with NME saying: "Taking the band's saccharine C68 and getting it to a lo-fi DIIV-style surf-pop backdrop, new EP 'Dunes' is a great first step", with praise also coming from Noisey, VICE, Drowned In Sound, The Line Of Best Fit, DIY, 6 Music's Tom Robinson/ Lauren Laverne and XFM's Hattie Pearson.
