Digital Tickets

Tickets for this event are issued by the venue through their digital ticketing system.

To access your tickets, please download the O2 Academy app:

• Android

How to Log In

1. Open the O2 Academy app and go to ‘My Tickets’.
2. Log in using the email address you used to purchase your tickets.
• If you have a Ticketmaster account linked to the same email, use your existing Ticketmaster password.
• If you don’t have a Ticketmaster account or have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" to reset or create a new one.

Please note, digital tickets may only be available to download 1-2 weeks before the event.

No bags

Security measures are in place, with bag checks on arrival.

• Only one small bag per person is allowed, no larger than A4 size.
• Large bags, including rucksacks, are not permitted. Please make alternative arrangements.
• The venue does not provide facilities to store large bags or luggage.
