Downloading the app

  • Download the Gigantic Wallet App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Once downloaded, tap the app icon to open.
  • Continue through the information pages and agree to the terms and conditions.
  • Ensure you turn on and allow notifcations, so you don't miss any important information on the day.

 

If you HAVE a Gigantic Tickets Account

  • Enter the email address you used to make your order.
  • Enter your password. If you have forgotten your password, tap "Password Help"

 

If you DON'T HAVE a Gigantic Tickets Account

  • Enter the email address you used to make your order.
  • Tap "Password Help"
  • A generated password will be sent to your email address.
  • Enter the generated password in the app.

 

Finding your tickets in the app

  • Tap your order to view your tickets. The order reference number can be found in the top left corner.
  • The barcode and seating information (if required) will be displayed.
  • If you have more than one ticket, swipe left and right to progress to each.
  • Tap each ticket for more detailed wayfinding information (if available).

 

Event & order information

  • Tap order to bring up the details of your purchase including order reference number, customer name and order total.
  • Tap venue to bring up a map of the venue and its address.
  • Tap time to view gate/door, start and end times.

 

Types of tickets

  • Tickets appear in 3 states:
    • Ticket is available and ready to scan. QR barcode is visible.
    • Ticket will be made available closer to the event. No QR barcode is visible.
    • Ticket has been transferred. No QR barcode is visible.

How do I download the app?

You can download the Gigantic Wallet App from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store

What smartphones are supported?

Apple iPhone IOS 12 (2018) onwards and Android 6 (2015) onwards.

How do I sign in to the app?

After downloading the app, use the email address associated to your order. If you already have a Gigantic Tickets account, enter your password. If you don't have an account, select "Password Help" to get set up.

What do I do if I've forgotten my account password?

No problem, just follow this link to reset your password.

How do I change my email address?

Contact customerservices@gigantic.com with your order reference number.

Why are only some orders showing in my account?

Currently only a few events are set up to use the Gigantic Wallet App. All your other orders can be found in your account by clicking here.

I’ve purchased digital tickets but don’t have a smartphone. What should I do?

We recommend checking if someone in your group has a smartphone that can be used to access the digital tickets.

How do digital tickets work?

Your tickets are stored securely within the app that can be displayed on any smartphone by downloading the app.

Why is my ticket not displaying a barcode?

To protect against touting, barcodes will only be activated closer to the event.

Can I use a screenshot of my ticket?

Screenshots are blocked in the app and staff will be looking for the rotating animation when scanning. This is to reduce ticket touting and scammers and keeps your tickets secure. If you need to give a ticket to someone in your party, use the transfer function.

Can tickets be added to Apple / Google Wallet?

No, tickets must be displayed from within the app.


Transfer FAQs

Why is transfer tickets unavailable?

If your transfer button says 'Transfer unavailable', it’s because the ability to transfer tickets is not currently available for your order. This may be because:

  • The event organiser sometimes disallows the transferring of tickets, or only allows transfers within a specific window before the event. Transfers are always subject to event terms and conditions.
  • Your tickets have already been transferred and cannot be transferred again.
  • The event is too close to facilitate a transfer.

I have been transferred a ticket but I don’t have an account with you

After accepting a ticket transfer via email invitation, an account will automatically be created for you & password emailed. You can change your password by clicking 'Password help' in the Gigantic Wallet App.

How do I cancel a transfer?

As agreed before you make a transfer, it's not possible to cancel a transfer once it's been received by the recipient.

How do I transfer a ticket that was transferred to me?

A ticket can only be transferred once, so it is not possible to transfer again.
