Long before Michael Bay shat all over the Transformers, the loons at Cannon Films gave us this live-action adaptation of ‘80’s cartoon classic, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe!

It’s notoriously naff, and should prove a perfect movie to feel to force of THE POWER OF FORTUNE & GLORY!

Masters of the Universe (1987) When the evil Skeletor (Frank Langella) finds a mysterious power called the Cosmic Key, he becomes nearly invincible. However, courageous warrior He-Man (Dolph Lundgren) locates inventor Gwildor (Billy Barty), who created the Key and has another version of it. During a battle, one of the Keys is transported to Earth, where it is found by teenagers Julie (Courteney Cox) and Kevin (Robert Duncan McNeill). Now both He-Man and Skeletor's forces arrive on Earth searching for the potent weapon.

Expect childhood nostalgia; baby-oiled torsos; and furry pants!

And on top of this, all the usual F&G gubbins:

⊙ Goody Bags full of interactive surprises to use throughout the film
⊙ Quote-along prompts
⊙ Specially selected trailers
⊙ Drinking games
⊙ Silly contests with great/crap prizes
⊙ A playlist inspired by Dolph’s mullet
⊙ Costumes - whether they be pound shop tat or full Cosplay
⊙ The innuendo horn
⊙ Ip Dip Dog Shit DVDs

Age 18+ (ID may be required)

We don't really revel in cinema, we frolic! Expect a shared experience, games, shouting silly stuff out, and (most importantly) a lot of laughs. BUT - there's no peer pressure here! You can join in as much or as little as you please.
