    Event Terms & Conditions

In the run up to putting a tour on sale we often get asked lots of questions relating to the shows and ticket sales. We’ve put together this handy guide to help you navigate your way through the process. We are working really hard behind the scenes to try and do everything we can to make sure that tickets end up in the hands of genuine fans.
How much are the ‘’face value’’ tickets?
London tickets are £80 and £50 and regionally they are £75 and £45. All tickets are subject to a maximum 10 percent booking fee and a transaction charge, per order (to cover Post and Packing).
What is secondary ticketing and resale for profit?
Secondary ticketing for profit is when people buy tickets at face value and then re-sell them at inflated prices on the internet via none artist approved websites thus denying real fans the chance to buy at face value.
So where should I buy my ‘’face value’’ tickets from?
All official ticket agent websites will be listed on tour advertising and at EdSheeran.com
How many tickets can I buy?
There is a limit of four per order/transaction.
But we want to go as a bigger group/family?
You will have to try to complete another order with another credit card or PayPal account
What are the entry requirements?
To gain access to the concert you are required to bring your tickets, booking confirmation and credit card (or a photo or photocopy of it) plus a valid form of photo ID.
What are the age restrictions?
All venue age restrictions are clearly displayed at the sales pages on the ticket agent websites.
Are cameras allowed?
Professional cameras, video and recording equipment are strictly forbidden. Personal use cameras and smart-phone cameras are fine.
I can’t go any more and need to sell on my ticket. What do I do?
Please go to our official re-sale partner Twickets and follow instructions. http://edsheeran.twickets.co.uk/

What happens if I bought my tickets from your official re-sale partner Twickets?
Twickets will provide an email confirming the change of ownership of the ticket that you should bring with you as verification. As a back-up we will have a full customer list of Twickets exchanges.
When will we receive our tickets?
There are no E-tickets, there are no ‘’print-at-home’’ tickets. There will be physical printed tickets sent out in the weeks prior to the show. You will not receive your tickets until the spring of 2018 at the earliest.
How early should we turn up?
Please check venue websites for door opening times and do allow yourself plenty of time to get in before the start of the show.
I bought tickets off an unauthorised secondary ticket re-sale website and have been refused entry. What can I do to get my money back?
We will stamp your invalidated ticket and you can then attempt to claim a refund from the secondary ticket site you used. Please go back to the website concerned and refer to any promises or guarantees made at the time of the purchase. Go to http://bit.ly/2sG24Er for more help and information.
What else are you doing to combat the secondary market?
Recently the government has strengthened legislation designed to protect consumers, notably the Consumer Rights Act and the Digital Economy Bill. We are working with National Trading Standards and the Police Action Fraud Division to report all breaches of these acts as well as reporting any illegally advertised tickets to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).

1. This ticket is a personal, revocable license and at all times, remains the property of the Promoters. This ticket must be surrendered to the Promoters upon request.

2. This ticket is sold by the Promoters directly to the Consumer. Any tickets purchased by business or traders in breach of the Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sale will be cancelled.

3. This ticket will IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if resold OR OFFERED FOR SALE unless the sale is through our official face-value resale partner.

4. To gain admission to the concert, the attendee must bring:

iv) A valid photo ID matching the customer name on the booking confirmation

Failure to bring all of the items i) ii) iii) and iv) above will result in refusal of admission to the concert.

5. The Club is authorised to sell Tickets for the Event on behalf of the promoter/organiser of the Event. Some promoters/organisers have their own terms and conditions, which may also apply to the purchase and use of Tickets for the Event. Should there be any inconsistency between a promoter/organiser’s terms and conditions and these Event Ticket T&Cs, these Event Ticket T&Cs shall take precedence.

6. A Ticket booking is not confirmed or guaranteed until full payment is received by the Club via an accepted payment method.

7. Tickets may be in the form of paper, mobile/bar code, email, wristband or chip technology or such other form that becomes available over time as determined by the Club.

8. Only persons holding a valid Ticket will be admitted to the Event.

9. A Ticket may be invalid if any part of it is removed, altered or defaced. The Club will not be responsible for any Ticket that is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and cannot duplicate any such Tickets.

13. Children aged 14 or 15 may buy a Ticket without the need for an accompanying adult. Only one ticket for a child aged 14 or 15 may be purchased in a single transaction unless at least one Ticket for a person aged 18 or over is also purchased in that transaction.

14. Security officers at the Event are entitled to conduct security searches of persons and belongings. Any refusal to allow such searches will result in Ticket holders being refused entry to, or removed from, the Event. 17. Tickets may not be offered as a prize in any promotions, competitions, sweepstakes or for other commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Club. Any Ticket obtained by such means may be deemed invalid.

18. Tickets must not be exchanged or resold unless the Club offers an authorised ticket exchange or resale facility. Resale or purchase of a Ticket other than through such a facility will render the Ticket invalid and shall entitle the Club to refuse admission to any person holding such a Ticket, or remove them from the Event.

19. Tickets are non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled, postponed or there is a material change to the programme of the Event (that is, a change to the Event, which in the opinion of the Club, makes the Event materially different to the Event which Ticket holders could reasonably expect). In such cases, Ticket holders will be entitled to claim a refund from the Promoter. The refund for Tickets equals the face value of the Tickets purchased. In order to claim a refund, please apply in writing to your point of purchase.

20. All advertised timings are approximate and subject to change. No refunds will be payable as a result of the Event not running to the advertised times.
