A viewing platform is available. Places on the viewing platform cannot be reserved or guaranteed.
The disabled car parking is limited to badge holders only. It is 150 metres
away from the entrance to the arena along a compacted gravel path.
Disabled toilets are available at the visitor centre and also inside the arena.
Registered assistance dogs are permitted, but the live sound may disturb the animal. No other dogs are allowed on site.
Lasers and strobe lighting may be used as part of the performance. See our access policy or contact box office on 03000 680400.
The venue
Concert timings
Concert car parks open at 4pm. The arena opens at 6pm, with live music starting at about 7.30pm and finishing about 10.30pm. These times are approximate; the latest updates on running times will be posted here approximately 2 weeks before the concert.
Site opening times
Access to Delamere Forest is available from 8am daily, parking charges apply. On concert days vehicluar access to the main car park at the Forest Centre will be available up to midday. Our stewards will be asking visitors to vacate the main car park by 3pm to allow for preparations for the evening. Car parking at Whitefield car park will be available as usual and should be used by Go Ape customers. Concert parking is available from 4pm and is included in the ticket price. If you are planning to arrive earlier in the day standard admission charges apply and you will need to park in Whitefield car park and then move the vehicle to the concerts parking area after 4pm.
Seating
This is an outdoor venue. Seating is not provided or reserved. You are welcome to bring folding picnic chairs or rugs. If a standing area has been designated directly in front of the stage, seating brought into the venue will not be allowed in this area.
Food & drink
A full licensed bar and a variety of hot food outlets are available. Please note bar and food outlets do not accept card payments.
You are welcome to bring picnics, but please check the terms and conditions carefully as some items are not permitted in the arena.
General information
What to wear
We advise that you wear suitable clothing and footwear for an outdoor event. Unfortunately, we cannot permit umbrellas to be taken into the arena.
Cash points
The nearest cash point is in Sandiway, 15 minutes drive away.
Telephones
The nearest public pay phone is at the end of the drive, a 15 minute walk away. Mobile phone networks have coverage at this venue.
Local accommodation
No camping will be allowed on site or in the car parks.

Sufficient car parking for visitors is provided on site. Vehicles should not be left overnight in the car parks. Please consider the environment and car share where possible

The nearest train station is Delamere (Manchester to Chester line),
15 minutes walk from the arena.

Please book your taxi, including the return trip, in advance.
