Name of lead booker will be printed on tickets, ID matching the lead booker required for entry. Lead booker and their party must arrive together.
Ticket re-sale is permitted at no more than price you paid (face value +booking fee). Please only use the authorised re-sale platforms via Twickets.
Selling tickets through unauthorised resale platforms breaches terms and conditions and those tickets may be cancelled.
ALEXANDRA PALACE THEATRE TICKETS TERMS AND CONDITIONSFor your information this ticket is issued on behalf of the organization responsible for the performance or event shown on the other side, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:1. You need a valid ticket that must be produced to get in to see the event.2. Please keep your ticket on your person at all times to be able to access the theatre auditorium, foyer and East Court3. Please don’t be offended if the Venue Management asks to look in your bag – to ensure everyone’s safety we may have to conduct occasional searches and confiscate restricted items. Entry is subject to bag and body searches.4. The Venue Management reserves the right to refuse admission and / or remove anyone from the premises.5. Please refer to front of ticket for full age restrictions for all events.6. An adult accompanying a minor must be over the age of 21.7. Reselling this ticket for profit or commercial gain makes it void.8. Sometime the Event Promoter needs to make an alteration to the advertised details for the performance at short notice. If this happens then the Event Promoter is not obliged to refund your money or exchange tickets.9. Whilst we allocate specific seats to you the Venue have the right to change these seats to other of equal value.10. If you cannot see the show properly or there are any other issues hindering your enjoyment then you should complain promptly to the Venue Management prior to or during the show, if possible.11. On occasions the event may be filmed or recorded. Buying a ticket affirms your consent to the filming and sound recording of yourself as a member of the audience. If you have any objection, please contact a member of the Venue Management prior to arrival.12. If your personal property is lost or damaged whilst at the venue, neither the Event Promoter or Alexandra Palace can be held responsible.13. The unauthorized use of a camera, video camera or any other sort of recording device is strictly forbidden.14. Ticket refunds are the responsibility and at the discretion of the Event Promoter, and not Alexandra Palace.15. All ticketing queries need to be referred to your ticket agent and not the venue.16. The Cloakroom is subject to availability. Venue Management take no responsibility for any items left in the Cloakroom after an Event.17. No alcohol, food or soft drinks purchased off the premises are allowed into the venue.18. Strobes, Pyro and lasers may be used as part the performance. Please contact Venue Management if you have any concerns.19. Alexandra Palace has a limited amount of public and disabled parking on site. A ticket does not guarantee a parking space.20. Venue Management operates a zero tolerance policy to drugs.21. Alexandra Palace operates a Challenge 25 policy at all bars.22. Please respect our neighbours when leaving the Venue.23. All feedback regarding artist performance, running order, times and sight lines must be directed to the promoter and not the venue.24. Anyone wishing to make a booking for disabled access/seats should contact the venue on 020 8365 2121.Wheelchair access points are provides and the West entrance has automatic doors.Unisex wheelchair access toilets are provided throughout the venue.Car Parking spaces close to the enterances are reserved for the disabled driver. Able bodied drivers of disables passengers are asked to asked to use the drop off points and then drive on to park in the vistors car park.
If no other age restriction is listed for the event then: Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult LocationAlexandra Palace is situated in North London between Muswell Hill and Wood Green. It is well served by all forms of public transport and is easy to reach by underground, road, rail and air. A free shuttle bus service is available on most show days connecting you to the Palace grounds. By Underground:Wood Green, on the Piccadilly Line, is the nearest London Underground Station. It connects via King’s Cross to the Circle Line on which main British Rail Stations are located. Journey time from Piccadilly Circus, for example, is 20 minutes. The frequent W3 bus service runs from just outside Wood Green Station to the Palace entrance. By Road:Alexandra Palace is one mile from the North Circular (A406) and 5 miles from Junction 2 on the M1 Motorway. Junction 25, the nearest access to the M25, is just 8 miles away. An easy route from the City is the A10 then west onto the A109. From the West End take the A400 to Archway via Camden Town. Then the A1 and follow signs to the Palace. By Rail: Alexandra Palace has its own British Rail Station, fittingly called Alexandra Palace Station. It is located at the Wood Green entrance to the Park.
