COVID STATUS GUIDENCE
Please be ready to show proof of your COVID status upon arriving at the venue, who will be using the COVID pass on the NHS app. Please keep in mind that this is NOT the NHS Covid-19 Track and Trace app that is used to check into venues and also that vaccines cards issued at centres will NOT be accepted as proof of vaccination. If you are having any issues with the NHS app please don't contact our customer services - you can get further help here. In order to gain access to the show, all ticket holders aged 11 and over (children under 11 are exempt) will need to have their gig ticket and will also need to demonstrate their COVID-19 status by providing either: • Proof of full vaccination - both doses received (with the second at least 14 days prior to the event or • Proof of a negative NHS Lateral Flow Test taken prior to travel on the day of arrival at the event or • Proof of natural immunity based upon a positive PCR test within 180 days of the performance (including 10 days self-isolation following the result). If you are under 18/not an English citizen and therefore do not have access to the NHS app, you can show proof of your COVID status through a text message or an email of your negative result alongside photo ID. No other circumstances apart from this will be sufficient to allow entry to the event. How to show your COVID status FULLY VACCINATED The easiest way to show your Vaccine Status is via the COVID Pass on the NHS app. We will NOT accept vaccine cards issued at vaccination centres as proof of vaccination. 1. Download the NHS App (Note this is NOT the same as the NHS COVID 19 Track & Trace app). 2. Log In or create an account. You will need your NHS Log In details. If you do not have these, the app will walk you through the steps required. 3. On the NHS App home page, click ‘Get your NHS COVID Pass’. 4. Click ‘Event Trials'. 5. Your name and QR Code will be displayed, if your second dose was received at least 14 days before. This is your NHS COVID Pass. 7. On entry to the event, show your NHS COVID Pass in the NHS app alongside your event ticket. NEGATIVE LATERAL FLOW If you have not had 2 doses of vaccine at least 14 days before the show, you will need to

prove a negative lateral flow test result via the COVID Pass on the NHS app. 1. Order your free Lateral Flow Test to be delivered to your home or pick one up from a nearby location as soon as possible. You can also pick up a box of NHS Lateral Flow Tests from most pharmacies. 2. Take your test no more than 48 hours before you intend to arrive at the show, you will then need to register your result here using the barcode number / QR code on the test. 3. You will be prompted to ‘Sign in or create an account.’ You will need your NHS Log In details. Please note your test result can take up to 2 hours to appear in the NHS App so it is worth logging your test the day before the show. 4. Download the NHS App (Note this is NOT the same as the NHS COVID 19 Track & Trace app). 5. On the NHS App home page, click ‘Get your NHS COVID Pass’. 6. Click ‘Event Trials'. 7. Your name and QR Code will be displayed. This is your NHS COVID Pass. If you were expecting to see a QR Code and there isn't one please phone 119. 9. On entry to the event, show your COVID Pass in the NHS app alongside your ticket. NATURAL IMMUNITY If you tested positive for COVID-19 with a PCR test taken within 180 days of the event (including 10 days self-isolation following the result) you are eligible for an NHS COVID Pass as you will have Natural Immunity. 1. Download the NHS App (Note this is NOT the same as the NHS COVID 19 Track & Trace app). 2. Log In or create an account. You will need your NHS Log In details. 3. On the NHS App home page, click ‘Get your NHS COVID Pass’. 4. Click ‘Event Trials'. 5. Your name and QR Code will be displayed. This is your NHS COVID Pass. If you were expecting to see a QR Code and there isn't one please phone 119. 6. If you’re using your phone, select “Receive an offline copy by email” this will send email to your chosen address so you can print on your computer. If you are using your computer select “Download PDF copy” and print. Screenshots will not be permitted. 7. On entry to the event, show your NHS COVID Pass in the app or as a paper print-out alongside your event ticket(s). If you have tested positive previously but there is no Pass you will need to follow the steps for lateral flow. CHILDREN 11-15 / CHILDREN 16-17 WITHOUT NHS ACCOUNT/CUSTOMERS FROM OUTSIDE ENGLAND

If you cannot access the NHS app because you are under 18/not an English resident, on arrival you can prove your COVID status by presenting a text message/email of your negative lateral flow result alongside photo ID. 1. Order your free Lateral Flow Test to be delivered to your home or pick one up from a nearby location as soon as possible. You can also pick up a box of NHS Lateral Flow Tests from most pharmacies. 2. Take your test no more than 48 hours before you intend to arrive at the show, you will then need to register your result here using the barcode number / QR code on the test. 3. You will receive a text message/email with your test result alongside your name & date of birth. 4. On entry to the event, show your negative test result confirmation text message or email alongside your event ticket & photo ID. What do I do if I test positive? If you test positive for COVID-19 using your lateral flow test you will need to self-isolate immediately and follow NHS guidance. This means you will not be able to attend the event so please act responsibly.
Refunds Full refunds of the ticket face value will be given in the following circumstances only: You are prevented from attending because you receive a positive NHS Rapid Lateral Flow test result and you submit (i) a photo of your NHS test result confirmation; (ii) a photo of your positive NHS Rapid Lateral Flow test strip next to your face; and (iii) a copy of your subsequent PCR test result; You are prevented from attending the because you receive a positive PCR test result within the ten days prior to your visit and you submit a copy of the result; You are prevented from attending the event because you are contacted by NHS Test and Trace, you are required to self-isolate and you submit (i) a screen shot of the notification; (ii) a photo of your photographic ID; and (iii) a photo of you holding the screen shot next to your face Note: all claims for full refunds must be submitted to the point of purchase only. Refunds of booking fees shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the point of purchase. You may be required to submit further supporting evidence in order to verify your claim. Refunds should be requested from the point of purchase with requisite supporting evidence, no later than one month after the event. Refunds must be requested by the card holder and any approved refunds can only be refunded directly to the card holder.
