Had a great night and all four bands were excellent, unfortunately COC didn't come on until 10pm, which is late, especially on a Sunday when public transport is reduced and it meant I only saw 40 minutes of the band I wanted to see, as I had a train to catch. Orange Goblin played for far too long and got a bit boring, a shorter set from them would have meant more people would have been able to see the full COC set

Corrosion Of Conformity & Orange Goblin, O2 Forum Kentish Town, London - 4th November 2018
from the moment Pepper walked through the crowd; you just knew a storm of a performance was brewing. These guys love to rock and get the crowd bouncing. They drew you in with that deep South sludge and riffs that Lynrd Skynrd would have been proud of. The presence and rapport of Pepper with the crowd is mesmerising. His tale of the 82 yr old wheelchair bound man invited back stage and then sat pride of place with the lighting/sound crew and a song dedicated to him and his wife gives you an idea of the Southern warmth generated by this special but criminally neglected band. To cap it off with the incendiary "Clean my wounds" and Keenan ditching the incognito visit to the pit to get down off stage and get close and personal with his English country cousins was really special and a fitting climax to a Rock and Rawling goodtime Friday night.
