Entry will be granted within your 30-minute timeslot but not before, so please do not arrive before the time shown on your ticket to allow us to manage the flow of visitors into the event.

Please note that the 16:00 timeslots are conducted at dusk. The trail will not be fully dark until you reach the end of the trail.

There are Quiet Slots available at 16:00 and 16:30 on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. These slots have a lower capacity, and the sound levels will be lowered to be more accommodating to guests.

Only registered disability assistance dogs are allowed on the trail, other dogs are not allowed. Please contact https://christmasatwrestpark.gigantic.com/contact-us to let us know if you are planning on bringing an assistance dog.

Car Parking

English Heritage members are entitled to free parking. You must be able to present your English Heritage membership card on arrival to gain access to the carpark.

Any other visitors arriving by car must purchase a carpark ticket in advance, failure to do so may mean you are unable to enter the carpark on arrival.

Blue Badge Parking

There are a limited number of free Blue Badge parking spaces available. Spaces must be booked in advance when you book your ticket. Please note that these spaces are booked on first come first serve basis. Blue Badge parking will be clearly marked on arrival to Wrest Park.

Please note, a valid blue badge must be presented on arrival and clearly visible through your windscreen.

Groups of 15-30 can be booked online. For groups larger than 30 please contact info@christmasatwrestpark.com to book your tickets.

Children under 3 years of age can access Christmas at Wrest Park free of charge and will not require a ticket. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

A disabled person purchasing a ticket may bring one essential carer companion free of charge. Please select this ticket type at point of booking.

If you are an English Heritage member, you can enjoy a 33% saving on tickets using the code EHMEMBER33 during booking. You will need to bring your English Heritage Membership card with your tickets for verification. Strict door checks will be in place.

I understand that, if I am not an English Heritage member, and I do not book car parking in advance, it is highly unlikely that I will be able to park on arrival.

English Heritage members: free parking on arrival, no booking necessary.

Blue Badge holders: free of charge, spaces must be booked in advance when booking your ticket and they are available on a first come first serve basis.
