Entry will be granted within your 30-minute timeslot but not before, so please do not arrive before the time shown on your ticket to allow us to manage the flow of visitors into the event.

Please note that the 16:00 timeslots are conducted at dusk. The trail will not be fully dark until you reach the end of the trail.

There are Quiet Slots available at 16:00 and 16:30 on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. These slots have a lower capacity, and the sound levels will be lowered to be more accommodating to guests.

Only registered disability assistance dogs are allowed on the trail, other dogs are not allowed. Please get in touch with customer services here to let us know if you are planning on bringing an assistance dog.

There is a carpark on-site at Wollaton Hall, however, this can fill up quickly. We do encourage people to take public transport where they can.

Parking is payable by Ringo app, parking machines, or at the Wollaton Café. No cash will be taken at the event. Evening parking rates are valid from 4pm.

Parking in the car park is free to those with a Blue Badge.

Groups of 15-30 can be booked online. For groups larger than 30 please contact info@christmasatwollaton.org to book your tickets.

Children under 3 years of age can access Christmas at Wollaton free of charge and will not require a ticket. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

A disabled person purchasing a ticket may bring one essential carer companion free of charge. Please select this ticket type at point of booking.

If you are a Nottingham City Council taxpayer, you can enjoy a 10% saving on tickets by entering your 8-digit Council Tax code during booking.

1. Warning – Strobe lighting, lasers and fire may be used during the event.
2. Customers are advised to wear appropriate clothing and footwear and protection against potential inclement weather.
3. A wide selection of food and drink will be available on-site.
4. Christmas at Wollaton takes place within Wollaton Hall & Deer Park and we ask that customers behave respectfully towards their surroundings. We reserve the right to eject any customer causing damage to the grounds or plants or behaving in such a way that stewards feel could present a danger to other people or the venue.
5. Current Government guidelines surrounding social distancing will be adhered to at this event. Please follow these guidelines at all times. Further details can be found at the website.

 Conditions for sale

1. These Conditions contain important information, please read them carefully. Possession of this ticket shall constitute acceptance of the following conditions;
2. Right to refuse entry is reserved. Security personnel will search all persons entering the premise.
3. Admission is at the ticket holder’s risk. The promoter and the venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained within the premise.
4. An adult must accompany children under 16.
5. Children between the ages of 3 – 16 require a child’s ticket. Children aged 17 require a full price ticket.
6. Children under 3 go free.
7. This ticket is non-transferrable. No refunds. In the event of cancellation of the event only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. In the event of a partial cancellation any refund will be at the promoter’s discretion.
8. If the event is cancelled by us due to weather and patrons are not able to attend an alternative night offered, then a refund will be considered on a case by case basis. Where a refund is due, the ticket must be returned within 28 days of the event due date.
9. No refunds will be offered simply if the weather is inclement. 
10. In the event that Christmas at Wollaton is cancelled due to COVID-19, you will be notified and offered an alternative date, if available, or a full refund.
11. No tickets may be used for competitions, promotions or hospitality packages, without written consent of the promoter. Any re-sold or transferred in such a manner will become voidable and the holder may be refused admission or ejected from the festival site.
12. Only tickets purchased by the Box Office or approved agents are valid for admission. Tickets sold via non-official channels will not be valid and may result in the holder being turned away.
13. Title to this ticket remains with the promoter until payment has been received in full. This ticket should only be purchased from official agents/outlets.
14. All ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience. No unauthorised filming/cameras/sound recording – any breach will lead to confiscation of equipment.
15. The management reserves the right to make any changes whatsoever in the event owing to unforeseen or unavoidable cause.
16. Fireworks, smoke canisters, and other such similar articles are not permitted in the venue, and any person in possession of such articles may be refused entry or rejected. See website for full list of restricted items.
17. No illegal substances to be brought into the event site – any found will lead to prosecution.
18. No animals are permitted on site except guide dogs or registered assistance dogs.
19. Wollaton Hall & Deer Park is private property – no commercial trading or selling of tickets or merchandising without the consent of the promoters.
20. Please be aware you may be subject to bag searches on entry.
