About Blondie
Led by the iconic living legend Debbie Harry, Blondie grew out of the punk scene of the late 70’s to draw influences from disco, pop, reggae and even rap to become the definitive new wave band. They pioneered the sound of the 80’s and are widely regarded as one of the world’s greatest ever live acts.
They are responsible for such huge smash hits as Hanging On The Telephone, Call Me, Rapture, One Way Or Another and Heart of Glass and have sold 40 million records worldwide.
You can see the living legends when they head out for an autumn tour taking them to Royal Concert Hall at Nottingham, Brighton Centre and Cardiff Motorpoint for headline shows curing November 2017.

First founded by guitarist Chris Stein and singer Debbie Harry in 1974, the band centred around New York whilst it was gripped by crime and helping create what would become punk. Cutting their teeth in now infamous venues like CBGBs, the emerged at the same time as their nihilistic contemporaries but with an added dynamism and glamour which has seen them continue through the decades.
