110 Above 2019 – Terms and Conditions1. InformationPurchasing a ticket, using a festival wristband or entering the site indicatesacceptance of these terms.2. TicketingWe only issue electronic tickets, via email, using the Gigantic system. You will beasked to present your electronic ticket (including barcode) from theconfirmation email to gain admission to the event. Failure to do so will result inrefusal of admission for which Gopsall Events Limited cannot be heldresponsible.If you do not have a valid electronic ticket you will not be admitted to the event –please ensure that you bring your electronic ticket with you!Gigantic provide the platform for this transaction but your purchase andcontract are made directly with Gopsall Events Limited.If for any reason you do not receive your electronic ticket please email Giganticat email@example.com.The ticket is issued subject to the ‘Festival Rules’ which can change from time totime and are available upon request.Please check your electronic tickets immediately upon receiving them asmistakes cannot always be rectified.It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain whether an event hasbeen cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event iscancelled or rescheduled, Gopsall Events Limited will use reasonableendeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation. Please note that thePromoter cannot guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of suchcancellation before the date of the event.Once your booking is completed you will not be able to cancel or exchange yourtickets and no refunds will be issued.Duplicate tickets will not be issued in the event of loss or theft.Gopsall Events Limited reserves the right to cancel ticket bookings which itreasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently.The artist line-up and billed attractions may be subject to change due to eventsbeyond Gopsall Events Limited’s control without being obliged to refundmonies or exchange tickets.110 Above 2019 – Terms and ConditionsÓ Gopsall Events Limited 3Admission / readmission will not be allowed to the event site after 11pm on anyday during the festival. Please see our website for specific site opening andadmission times.Gopsall Events Limited is not responsible for your travel or transport, to orfrom the event. Walking to site is not advised due to the event being held in arural location without pavements. Walking on roads could be dangerous.To facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests, Gopsall EventsLimited reserves the right to refuse admission at its ultimate discretion.The ticket holder must comply with all relevant laws, safety announcementsand venue regulations whilst attending the event.Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour shall enableGopsall Events Limited to eject you from the venue.Gopsall Events Limited is unable to accept liability for personal damages, lossesor injuries sustained at any event – including damage and losses to propertyand motor vehicles, however caused.These terms and conditions are governed by the law of England & Wales.3. Restricted ItemsGlass, drugs, or anything, which may reasonably be considered a weapon willnot be allowed onto site.Random searches will be carried out of persons and/or bags & belongings toprevent any of the above being brought onto the site.There will be an Amnesty Bin prior to the search lanes.• Any glass, drugs, or anything which may reasonably be considered aweapon, must be surrendered.• No further action will be taken if persons surrender any of the aboveitems prior to being searched.• Persons found with any of the above substances/weapons after the signsand Amnesty Bins will not be granted access to the site and may faceprosecution where relevant.There is a “bring your own” alcohol limit, which guests may bring onto siteproviding they are over 18:• Guests over 18 (with approved ID) may bring 1 crate of lager, ale or ciderin non-glass containers and/or 1 bottle of spirits or wine.• All under 18s will be searched upon entry:110 Above 2019 – Terms and ConditionsÓ Gopsall Events Limited 4o Anyone under the age of 18 will not be permitted to bring alcoholonto site, nor buy alcohol on site.o Under 18s must use the Amnesty bins (as above) to surrender anyalcohol prior to being searched.o Under 18s will not be permitted to bring any “breached” or openedplastic bottle containers, which may have been refilled withalcohol.The following items may not be brought onto the site:• Air horns.• All gas canisters of any size including nitrous oxide (except small bluecamping gas).• Any goods for unauthorised trading.• Any items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon.• Audio recorders.• Chinese lanterns, drones or other flying objects• Excessive amounts of alcohol.• Excessive amounts of cigarettes.• Fireworks or flares.• Generators.• Illegal substances.• Legal highs.• Megaphones, whistles or excessive noise-generating items.• Portable laser equipment and pens.• Unauthorised professional film or video equipment.4. Festival Rules• No open fires are permitted on site (disposable barbeques arepermitted).• Caravans etc. will not be permitted in the campsite. A separate area isprovided.• All prohibited items will be confiscated and MAY NOT BE RETURNED.• You may be body searched by our security services. Refusal to besearched will result in the denial of entry.• Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive ordangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities on site may besearched, ejected from the site and handed to the police if necessary.• In addition to the items not allowed into the campsite, the followingitems will not be allowed into the main arena through the arenaentrance:o Disposable barbeques and permitted cooking stoves.o Drinks bottles and cans (other than sealed plastic water/softdrinks bottles under 500ml).o All items will be confiscated and MAY NOT BE RETURNED.110 Above 2019 – Terms and ConditionsÓ Gopsall Events Limited 5• Under 16’s must be accompanied by someone over the age of 18 to amaximum ratio of 4:1.• All of our bars will operate a ‘Challenge 25 Policy’ with Driving Licences,Passports, Military ID’s and Cards bearing the PASS hologram accepted.• No animals are allowed on site other than registered guide and hearingdogs. Any farm animals on site should be left alone at all times. Anyperson/s interfering with them may face eviction.• Restricted Items must not be brought onto site.• Ticket holders may be filmed and sound recorded as part of theaudience.• Please help us keep the site tidy by using the litter and recycling binsprovided.• Look after your wristbands! Everyone on site must wear a wristband,and if yours is damaged or lost you may not be able to enter the arenaand/or may be required to leave the site. Ensure your wristband issecure and properly fastened. Do not tamper with your wristband in anyway. Do not tie knots or add anything to your wristband. Some peoplemay be sensitive to the plastic on some wristbands. If this is the case, donot put tape on the wristband, but protect your skin with hypoallergenictape instead.• Excessive exposure to loud music may damage your hearing.• Excessive consumption of alcohol will damage your health.5. Eviction Policy• 110 Above Festival is produced for the enjoyment of all persons thatattend.• Any person who disrupts the festival under any of the below sectionswill leave themselves liable for eviction from the site. The decision as tothe eviction will be at the discretion of the Event Management Teamfollowing advice from the security staff.• Persons will be liable for eviction under the following circumstances:o Entering or being onsite without a ticket or relevantpass/wristband.o Having been arrested or cautioned in connection with a criminaloffence, pending or post hand-over to the Police.o Unacceptable, disruptive or antisocial behaviour. This includes:§ Illegal activity.§ Breaching the ‘Terms and Conditions’.§ Failing to submit to a search upon entry or within the site.§ Climbing or tampering with barriers or walls surroundingthe site and arena.§ Offensive behaviour.§ Throwing objects in the direction of people.§ Encouraging others to behave badly by incitement.110 Above 2019 – Terms and ConditionsÓ Gopsall Events Limited 6§ Preventing our security or emergency services reacting toa situation.§ Taking tents with the intent of burning them.§ Throwing gas canisters onto fires.§ Building of fuelling bonfires.§ Committing a criminal offence but not arrested by thepolice.§ Being in possession of unlawful drugs.§ Unofficially selling alcohol, tobacco, counterfeit or anyunauthorised goods.§ Any other behaviour that leaves the premise licenceholder open to prosecution or is not conductive tomaintaining a safe event.6. Eviction PolicyAll evictees will be taken to a member of the Event Management Team wherethey will have their name and address taken to prevent them applying to futuretickets.Gopsall Events Limited will not be responsible for ensuring that evictees leavesite with their belongings.All evictees will be evicted from the site via the Main Gate and their wristbandswill be removed to prevent them from re-entering the event.
