Welcome to the Moonshine Sessions! Gigantic is passionate about music and, together with our partners Alchemistic Records, we bring you live performances from the world’s most exciting acts.

The Moonshine Sessions are recorded live in the heart of Nottingham, well known for its fertile creative soil producing a wonderfully diverse music scene rich in homegrown talent whilst also attracting the very best performing acts from near and far.

We invite our artists whilst on tour to come to ROFL Audio for special one-off shows, plus showcase the very best local musicians to take advantage of the state-of-the-art facilities, to capture an intimate and revealing performances which shows just what makes them so unique and impressive.

I Am Lono combine the sharp sound of post punk and the dark atmospheric feel of 80’s electronica. Their passion and abundant talent is clearly visible every time they play and the Nottingham four-piece are on the cusp of making the break from local cult heroes to a true national phenomenon.

Having already grabbed attention with the release of an eponymously titled EP released on 10” white vinyl through Louder City Records in the summer of 2015, I Am Lono have now returned with their vital second EP ‘Hunt Us Down Like The Dogs We Are’ which is four tracks of cutting avant-pop with an electronic edge. Keenly aware of the importance of the visual element and that every song must be as crucial as the last, all four tracks could easily have been a stand alone single and are accompanied by a promotional video.
