Facilities for Disabled Customers Wheelchair users Level access to the ticket office and main foyer is via main entrance and there is a wheelchair accessible toilet at this level. Viewing location for wheelchair users is located at rear of Stalls and there is room for one companion to sit alongside. Wheelchair users should allow time to access the main auditorium from the foyer because there is a change of level. Important Note to wheelchair users - New Wheelchair Lift installed. A new lift has now been installed (Thurs 17 Sept 2009) to take wheelchair users from the foyer to the wheelchair seating area at the rear of the stalls. Front Of House Staff will be available to assist where necessary, and would also be happy to purchase drinks and merchandise on your behalf. If you have any questions about the wheelchair lift prior to your visit, please telephone the Equal Access Line on 01865 320770. Hearing Impairment Infrared loop system fitted. Customers are advised to speak to a member of staff for assistance upon arrival. Signed performances are available for some weekly shows.
