Indie rock darling The War on Drugs merged in the mid-00’s to become widely celebrated for their anthemic sound.
The Philadelphia-based band have released five albums, including Wagonwheel Blues (2008), Slave Ambient (2011), Lost in the Dream (2014), A Deeper Understanding (2017) and I Don't Live Here Anymore (2021).
Band members are Adam Granduciel (lead vocals, lead guitar), Robbie Bennett (keys), Jon Natchez (saxophone), Charlie Hall (drums), Anthony LaMarca (rhythm guitar) and David Hartley (bass guitar, rhythm guitar).
