I ordered tickets from you last year for Take That, firstly I put the wrong email on so had to inform you, then I couldn't find my details so had to enquire, also my friend bought tickets for my son and put her address instead of his so we had to contact you about all the above. Throughout all this you have been excellent at your service. I would recommend your company to anyone looking for tickets and would like to thank you for the excellent support service I have been given.
