Venue Box Office:
Located at The Point, Leicester University Students’ Union. The Point is open 9am-
5pm Monday to Friday term time. Public holidays may vary.
General Age Restriction:
Generally gigs are all ages however anyone under 14 years of age must be
accompanied by an adult over 18. All clubs are over 18s only. There may be some
shows that are an exception to this so please check at the time of booking as
refunds will not be available.
The venue will ID for alcohol in line with the Prove It 25 scheme.
Box Office Collections:
All tickets booked in advance for collection may be picked up on the evening of the event after the doors open. You must bring with you the original card used to purchase the tickets and the confirmation code given as proof of purchase.
Disabled Access Facilities:
Wheelchair users are entitled to bring an assistant free of charge and this person
does not require a ticket. Access into the venue is on street level for all rooms.
The disabled access area is on the balcony level in O2 Academy Leicester. There are no static disabled access areas in O2 Academy2 Leicester & O2 Academy3 Leicester so please contact the venue to discuss requirements.
Disabled Bookings:
Disabled customers should buy one standard ticket which will allow themselves & an assistant into the venue. Please notify lu@o2academyleicester.co.uk when tickets have been booked so provisions can be made.
Parking Facilities:
There is no parking on site as the venues are on the campus of Leicester
University. There is street parking located in nearby streets and a public car park at
nearby Victoria Park.
