The centre has numerous disabled toilets located throughout the venue, each fitted with audible emergency alarms for customers encountering difficulties,
Many of the doors in building are held open by magnets allowing ease of access for all customers,
The hall is fitted with an infrared amplification system for customers with hearing difficulties that is accessed using a receiver that can be worn either around the neck or in conjunction with an existing hearing aid.
