The London Astoria is a listed building, and access may be regarded as difficult for those customers who are mobility impaired. There is no public or service lift, or ability to install such a facility, and a large number of stairs provide the only access to any part of the venue. Despite the the physical barriers presented by this venue we have many disabled customers that attend on regular basis who find the assistance offered by staff hleps them to enjoy gigs at this great venue. At present, if they wish, wheelchair users can be carried into the venue, to the guest/VIP area on the upper level, with a stage view.
