About Field Studies

Field Studies are fast becoming essential listening. Complicated arrangements that still make for easy and satisfying listening. The art rock band have been quick to enlist quite a list of major fans and have benefitted from the likes of Huw Stephens and Tom Robinson who have played them on their respective BBC radio shows, plus support from John Kennedy on Radio X.

Their spell binding live performances have earned them a slot on the BBC Introducing Stage at Glastonbury Festival 2015 from which they have used as a springboard to dive deep into the consciousness of the serious music listener.

The band members include drummer Andrew Harrisson, rhythm guitarist Chris Bailey providing lead vocals joined by lead guitarist Kasper Sandstrom on backing vocals with Charlie Howarth who plays bass.

The extraordinary four-piece have released the EPs Fear On The Rise and Rainmaking, which leave fans and critics awaiting their debut LP release.
