Car parks
Wembley’s three official on-site car parks offer the closest, most secure parking available on a pay on entry basis. (Red, Yellow and Green – see attached site map). You can pre-book parking for Wembley events on-line up to the last working day (Monday to Friday) prior to the event. Pre-booking will guarantee you a parking space on the Wembley Complex. Visit

Most of the time all cameras are NOT allowed into the auditorium at the request of the artist, when they are permitted only small cameras will be allowed into the Arena. Professional cameras and video/audio equipment are strictly prohibited AT ALL TIMES. Live video/audio recordings made without the permission of the artist/promoter are prohibited.
Tickets can be collected from the Arena Box Office on Arena Square.
Please note that Wembley Arena is a NO SMOKING venue
Unfortunately there are no cloakroom facilities in the Arena.
Crowd surfing is not permitted. Crowd surfers will be removed from the standing area. Persistent offenders may be ejected from the venue.
ATM facilities are provided in the Arena.
Wheelchair access The Arena is fully accessible to wheelchair users. Access is via any of the front/foyer entrance doors as well as both the South West and North West entrances. New lifts provide access to the restaurant and there are lower counters on selected merchandise and refreshment concessions. In addition to this there are wheelchair accessible bays within the auditorium and toilet facilities throughout the Arena. Disabled Toilets Toilets for disabled visitors are located in the middle of both concourses and are fitted with standard RADAR locks. Patrons who hold their own keys will be able to access the toilets using these. For those that don't have a key they are available from the Information points on both concourses, located next to the disabled toilets. Assistance dogs Assistance dogs are welcome, although (dependent on sound levels) they are not allowed to remain in the auditorium during performances and alternate provision will be made. Please call 020 8782 5500 for further information. Hearing assistance A hearing assistance system is installed within the auditorium. Hearing loops are also installed at the Arena Box Office, Customer Service Desks and selected merchandise/refreshment concessions. Please call 020 8782 5500 for further information. Parking - Yellow Car Park Wheelchair users with a blue Disabled Badge can pre-purchase concessionary car park passes from the Wembley Box Office on 020 8902 4141 or on arrival on a pay-on-entry basis.
